Is there an anouncement on how to use the menu to select your race and such?

I don't see one, can someone tell me how to turn on the anouncement, or the commands to get into it?

I will make a plugin if there is not one.

I just installed WC3FT, and tested it, and I am not using mysql, but I want the XP to be saved long term...Is there a way to set it to never delete?
