Im looking for a amxx plugin thats gives u more hp, does anybody know which one it is? (this might not be related to wc3, not sure)

I have been searching for 15 minutes now, and havent found anything like my question.
Maybe there has been someone who has answered but i just cant find them So cant you just answer my question? I bet it's not a very hard one:P

I have just got my first wc3ft server running, and now i have some cmds questions about it.

How do I give myself or someone else xp?
Is it possible to turn of wc3ft without uninstall it?

I have just created my first server and I added a wc3 mod, but I'm not sure wich one, cuz the file didnt say...

But I'm wondering, How do u give exp to urself and other people.
Can you switch off wc3 mod without uninstalling it, and how if so?
