and for some reason it wont change on the server when i put in the constant.inl file ...

yamikaitou i just checked this morning if the server was working fine and apparently it isn't, is there something im missing on the list?

my server provider figured it out, you need 1.71 AMX MOD X for it to work, its not compatible with 1.75!!!

Enable the Engine module and retype the amxx commands in the Server Console, not your game console.
