Warcraft 3 MODs

the problem stil persist, i can not upgrade nothin, no online games [firewall]
pls some1 if can help me, pack a server and upload somewhere, and then help me to instal it, i would like to let open my pc as as a server in my campus, so all we can play it.... pls, some1 .. any1 help me

i'm a a new guy in this game stile, i love it verry much but the problem is that i can not play war3FT from my rezidancy place where i live. we have a firewall instaled what doesn't allow as to play games online, not even gmail doesn't work, this sux, sorrry
