even if its non steam the problem is the new hlds if ur non steam and update hlds BIG MISTAKE i had that problem to with my non steam server just use old hlds

i tried creating item_ring.cfg but it doesnt work

I want to restrict idiots of using rings in 35hp_2 maps what do i ned to do to restrict them like gloves ? plz help fast
