K i try to change to Sqlite

But i got problems with this command ...

My Steam folder is C:\Spiele\Steam\Steamapps\[email protected]\dedicated server\cstrike\addons\amxmodx\configs

i installed the newest amx mod and then the war3ft thing and i configuerd like its said on that wiki side.
But it seems everything works fine
exept the changerace function is not availeble... the menu doesnt pop up at the beginning !!!
and he tells me ...
