Warcraft 3 MODs

where can I find a steam update(or what ever it is) for my CS?? So I can connect to my server which is steam. :]

The server Is steam! .......... but I think my CS is no-steam. I have this patch: cs16patch_full_V21.exe and the desktop shortcut is named "Counter Strike 1.6 Non Steam". Before I have installed the patch it was steam. Is this the problem?

I want war3 mod for my dedicated server on my PC(running Windows XP). Everything is good until I add war3ft.amxx in plugins.ini . Here is an snap shot of the game console after I tried to connect and it automatically disconnected me(kind of kicked me :D).
