Warcraft 3 MODs

I saw the grunge brushes on DA so i felt like making a sig .

I edited the text file but it still shows up as chameleon =-/.

EDIT: Nvm it works now.

Is there anyway i can change the name of the chameleon race to Penguin, and have it so only people with access flag m can use it?
