is there any way i can change from mysql to vault?

i uploaded the converted vault file to mysql but i forgot to change the settings on my server, so people connected and got xp. if i was to convert the vault file again and reupload the sql file would it overwrite it or make duplicates?

i have 4.0.25-standard
its on cPanel X v2.5.0

i put my cpanel username and password which has full access on phpmyadmin but when i join the server i have 0 xp even after i have converted my vault file.

what do i do if the mysql db is on another server?

installed the mysql package from site

i tried changing: to the servers ip address but no good. mysql in modules.ini is on. if you need more info please ask.

when i installed this on my server i got serious lagg on my server. when i reverted back the 2.2.9 the lagg was gone. maybe fake meta has something to do with it?

also when i changed this:
