ok i think i solved that problem, and have both metamod and AMX Mod X Base installed, i also downloaded Counter-Strike Addon V1.76d Windows and followed the instructions on wiki.

Now i have trouble installing plugins and currently following instructions on
http://wiki.amxmodx.org/Configuring_AMX_Mod_X

But for this part
"Add the plugin's name to addons\amxmodx\configs\plugins.ini."

How am i meant to add the plugin's name.
Is the plugins.ini a notepad file which i type in the name in there?

Tnx.

i have been trying to figure this out for a while now, in the addons\amxmodx\configs\plugins.ini file, i have writ down the names of the plugins, saved it and started up the game.

In the console i typed in "meta list" and i get
Currently loaded plugins:
description stat pend file vers src load unlod
0 plugins, 0 running

Ive also tried typing in commands like timeleft and nextmap, but none work.

Tnx

If meta list is not showing anything, then it is because AmxModX is not loaded. Are you sure you set up the metamod/plugins.ini file correctly?
