Installing on CS

ok im not a complete geek on installing some things but i have the mod and want to install it so if i do lan i can still use it.... Is that possible?

ok well i got it installed on my own now. I am now trying to figure out with file changes the lvl xp needed to actually lvl if oyu know what im trying to say.... I am wanting to raise it.
