go cstrike/addons/amxmod/configs/ open the war3FT.ecf with some editor and
search that
sv_mysql_save_end_round 0 // Save Users at the end of each round (causes slight lag, default is 0)
so from sv_mysql_save_end_round 0 to sv_mysql_save_end_round 1
than save finished i hope that help you
