I just downloaded Wc3FT , and installed it , but there was no file where i can change the xp and stuff :/

where is what? what are you trying to do? And don't say "change xP" b/c I don't know what that means...

change the xp-tables ? the ammount of xps needed to gain a level ? the players xp´s ????
ammount needed : war3ft.cfg
players xp`s : vault.ini / SQL
