Warcraft 3 MODs

i need help installing war 3 onto condition zero i just want to use it for lan and custom game. the directions say to find something on my dedecated server well i dont have 1 and cant get 1 because im on dial up i just want it for lan and custom game with bots can u help and if u do know how can u tell me in lamens terms plz i didnt understand half of the instructions anyway thx for reading and if u replyed thank you
