I've just installed 3.0RC5 and this is what I see in my log after connecting a player:

Are you running this on amd64? If so, don't... Otherwise, not sure what the problem is - perhaps your hlds installation isn't up-to-date?

I'm gettin the same error, but thats because i run Steamless.

No, it's not amd64. I'm running on intel Cel (32bit).

Not up-to-date? Hmm. What version of hlds should I have?

(I have no access to cs-server right now, so I can't tell you what version is installed, but it is pretty old, cause most players in our local net using the same old version and they experience some problems with newer hlds.)

Maybe there are some other ways to solve this problem (without updating)?

P.S An I'm also run steamless too(as saintk do).

Geesu doesnt support steamless.

3 Questions.

1. How did you manage to get metamod-p running on steamless?
2. Does your wc3Ft do anything at all? My V3.0 doesnt popup any race selection etc, but it does for 2.3.2
3. What MOD are you running? (CS1.3/CS1.5 or CS1.6?)

Frankly to say, I do nothing to get it working. It is just working...

It seems that wc3ft working fine. I tried it from my second machine and I was able to choose race etc.
My be other players (w/o admin privileges) experience some problems, cause error messages, mentioned above, repeats every second. I think I should ask them...

3. What MOD are you running? (CS1.3/CS1.5 or CS1.6?)

CS 1.6

Odd, i didnt get that far with CS1.6.

Only normal metamod would load, -p refuses too. Neither i can get v3.0 to work.

all i can advice is switching to v2.3.2 as it seems to work good (only the error u have too, but it doesnt seem to have any effect on stuff at the moment).

I'll check if it if works correct on other client-machines, and if not i'll switch to 2.3.2.

I have this trouble on my Celeron(32bit)

Version mod 3.0RC

Fixed:
wc3_query_client 0
and load MySQL module.

Trouble is gone, server is not shotdown when log file full. but one trouble stay,

If you do not have access to the server console or a rcon program, such as HLSW, just do the commands above using amx_showrcon. So, you would type these commands

Выше написано, что Geesu не поддерживает non-steam сервера. Мой вообще был собран на 21-ой версии. Лично я просто откатился на 2.3.2 и не парюсь, тем более что сервер не очень то и нужен.

Неужели они доперли, что пора ноу-стим сносить )
кстати у меня все работает и так 3.0 версия, 100% без косяков. Ну кроме авторизации, насколько я понял, но она нахуй не нужна
