Problem with Chameleon's ultimate.

So, i got this problem with Chameleon's ultimate.
I don't know if it's made like that specially or not, so i posted it here thinking of it as non-bug.
The problem is that it doesn't give complete Invincibility - it doesn't protect from grenades (at least from ORC's), so i need some help to get it protecting from grenades (ORC's) too.
