WTF does that even mean? I'm not going to check the last release date of war3ft and amxx and compare that to your post date QQ
Post version numbers if you want help - Also - give us: amxx list, meta list

2.3.2.... latest version? really?
That is why we ASK - 3.0 is the latest version...
And expect 2.3.2 to be a cluster fuck w/1.80 - last version it worked properly with was 1.71
