Hey I'm not 100% sure on this. I'm using RC11 and when i would reset xp, whenever I sign on to the other races after that later on, I would have readd my skills as if I was given lvl 10 but didn't pick any skills.
Not a big deal, I'm not really sure what triggers it, I thought it was just a random problem at first, but I kept getting it. Then I got it again today and realized I did reset one of my races last night, so I hypothesized that was the cause.
Reset xp bug?
