Need help

when i put the cstrike_amxx.dll for run war3ft amxmodx in my server, crashes when the first player joines the server. can anyone help me with that, how could i make it work? i wait your answers. 
Ok first of all, don't make an entire post in bold....
Secondly, its not the cstrike...
Thirdly, is your server up to date?
