Warcraft 3 MODs

I know this is out of the Forum scope but Stormtrooper over at Psychostats must be in Jail or something cuz he never responds.

Well here is my problem, cuz I know there are some really smart server admins here who can help me....

I loaded Psychostats 2.3 and ran through the install process.
I think all is good but can seem to find the stats page either through the server or the internet... Here is the error message I get:

You have to make the theme_compiled folder world-writable.

How do I do that? Im very new to psychostats and its confusing to me..

I never heard of world writable...

are u usign windows or linux?

if linux you need to chmod the directory, like chmod u=a rw I think?

if windows, you need to right click on the directory, go to security, and do add usr, then add the IUSR_machinename account, make sure its writeable

Edit what is the exact thing I should add, just like you posted:
IUSR_machinename account, or do i need to know the account for the game server machine?

the username is like IUSR_themachinenamehere

It depends on the machine name, just click find or whatever and list all usernames, and then click that one

Can I find this with ftp, cuz i find a spot where i can add a user name but not search for one. It say s that selection is not available on this server..
