bots dont come with hlds alone, use google and search "pod bot"

If you are running CZ, you can use the standard CS-Bot that comes with the server. If you are using something else, you have to download a third-party version. PodBot seems to be the most popular

as far as i know zbot is a hacked version of the csbot used in condition zero.
so its part of valve software that had been hacked/cracked.
so u are violating the valve licensment if run it

zbot hacks the dll and allows the standard CS-Bot, used by CZ and CS:S. CS1.6 and CZ share the same dll files, but CS1.6 has CS-Bot disabled at the engine level, whereas CZ does not disable it. Enabling CS-Bot on CS1.6 is a violation of the EULA.

i always use zBot with many plugins BUT license or not, zbot modifies some of the memory adresses of CS thus some plugins don't work, and some crash your game.
example: GunGame + FreeAmmo = nuke.

...so use zBot only if you don't want to make your own waypoints, it makes the game unstable.
