I can't host on cs 1.6

Why can't i host on cs 1.6 on lan anymore? It's not showing my server, I tried to restart, but still didn't work. Does anyone have a solution?

where r u looking from, on the lan, or on the internet, and if its on the lan, r u trying to see it from the same computer or is it a dedicated erver?

um.....i'll just explain what i did, 1st I launched counter-strike 1.6. Then, I clicked "new game" Lol i did all the options and did start or something like that. Then my lan ppl couldn't join...Lol got a solution to that? My server didn't show up on the lan screen...And plus I don't know how to work dedicated server.

Nevermind lol i found out hehe, It's not showing up on lan though but...at least the dedicated server runs...So does anyone have a solution to the above statement?
