warcraft install

Hi I am new to mods and need to know how to properly install a warcaraft mod in a server.... what is the initial mod needed to start and a step by step on how to install using ftp program?

That is why I asked you what version. You may not have noticed, but their is 4 different warcraft mods on this site. Most of the time people post in the incorrect forum, so I just want to make sure this is the correct location before I start telling you what to do.

oh sorry I am running dod source and would like the most popular version with different races ect.... i guess the exact on doesnt really matter

None of the versions on this site will work for any Source game
