xp to mysql db through navicat

hi
ive saved xp from mysql through phpmyadmin
and now im trying to add it to another mysql db through navicat...

o and the exported file was saved as a txt

last few lines of the navicat import wizard:
[Msg] [Imp] Processed:5138, Added:0, Updated:0, Deleted:0, Errors:5138
[Msg] [Imp] Finished - Unsuccessfully

umm is it 2 different databases or is it like the same but one is an update?

Navicat is a program - something as phpmyadmin (www.navicat.com)
