Changerace

Im having a problem with the changerace command when I have already chosen a race. Everytime i type /changerace it says "server is not allowing changerace at this time" and idea/suggestions on what to edit or fix?

Yes, read the readme.txt that was distributed with the package you downloaded and search for mp_allowchangerace.

is there any way to do mp_allowchangerace from the client/admin console?

Yes, but it's better to put it in a configuration file like amxx.cfg or server.cfg.

From the client console:
