Impale... Working?

I've been playing on my own server for awhile, and I know some players have crypt lord, and I have one too, and never once have I, or they been affected by impale... Although I I've personaly tested this with someone, it still didn't work.... can anyone confirm that it is, or isn't working?

Also, if this has already been reported, forgive me, I have searched.

I haven't tested it lately so it's a possibility.

Are you playing on CS or DOD?

It's on CS, I'm currently using the latest amxx I believe. If you need any other info just ask.

Are you sure you're running the latest version? I remember this being a bug a while ago.
