Teleport 3 Seconds after Roundstart

How is it possible that "some" ppl. can use teleport 3 seconds after roundstart when FT_ultimatedelay is set to 15 ?

I think its a bug

I use v2.2.5 with AMXX 1.60 and MM 1.18p26 on a linux-server

I already tried v2.2.6 (CVS) but something is wrong with this version.

I'm lvl 10 with 7000 XP and the XP gain when I do nothing.

ok, I'll try it...

you need lots of XP for lvl 10 - with the CVS Version you only need ~ 7000 XP... and you get for e.g ~ 500 XP every round for nothing, you don't need to kill someone.

Another Bug: blink(Master) don't work correct and/or do nothing.

Here is a Description for the 15 Sec. Bug:

The ultimate can be used after 3 seconds if u reset skills in end of the round just played. and when new round starts u can select u'r ulti and tada... u can teleport, use lightning or whatever the choise of the day is

I disabled all 3rd party plugins and ppl. still can use the "15 sec bug"
