Alright I have installed everything and now I am getting some errors which you will find in the log file I attatched.

Database connection is failing.... (try using vault?)
You're also missing a dictionary file...

I dont understand why I am getting this error becuase I have been using save by MYSQL for a month now and it all the sudden starts to fail.

You might be getting a more specific error message printed to your server console... Try viewing the server console when the server starts up

u might be able to get those errors threw hlsw possibly, with the get log function.
