War3FT EXP

Greetings,
I need help. When I log in to my wc3FT server, and joins the terrorists, it says:
"Name recieved 0 exp for spawning with the bomb."
It should be like, 15 exp or something, but its 0. Same when I kill an enemy or plant the bomb, or win the round. No exp. I tried to configure war3FT.cfg, didnt work. Help please!

Ah, so what your saying is that I need atleast 2 players online to recieve exp?
