how did you add extra he damage

Don't really know where to post
but geesu how did you add extra damage to a grenade because
if you throw your grenade you don't have the weapon in your hands so
fakedamage native won't work so if it's not a big secret how did you do

Just change the user's health.... check the on_damage event
