Saved XP to MySQL

Post by LeafCutter »

Hi,

I used to run a successful Warcraft 3FT server sometime ago and have just set up another test server that seems to be running fine and I'm planning to move this over to a dedicated server for public use.

The XP seems to be saving to my MySQL database fine but I see the following message in my server console:-

[Couldn't find option(s) with such variable (name "PlayerName")

Do I need to be worried about this error message?

I have done a search on this forum but I'm unable to find any related posts

Thanks in advance,

LeafCutter

Was it, by any chance "LeafCutter's WarCraft3 FT Server" with one of the admins nicked Oxo?

Got it too in my logs, for some time now, but never had any problem inspite of it, so it's safe to ignore.

It does go away when one of the standard AMX Mod X plugins is disabled, but I don't recall wich one it is.

In short, ignore it.

I hope this helps,
Lazarus

Condition Zero Geesu, sorry I should have stated that in my post... I'll look into disabling 'statsx', thanks...

Yep that's the one Lazarus :D I shut the server down nearly a year ago  Do you still hear from Oxo?

Thanks for the replies,

OMG, that server alone and it's community were the sole reason why I got envolved with Warcraft 3 FT MOD. I never, ever, found a server and community like it again. It was your server that introduced me to the MOD and later made me start setting it up myself, first for fun and now standard in all the machines I prepare as game servers.

I never had the chance to thank you before, so here goes: thank you very much LeafCutter for setting up such a spectacular and well attended server, where I learned the game, the particularities of the MOD from a player point of view and passed so many enjoyable hours playing and chatting with other fellow players.

Welcome back!

Unfortunatelly, I never heard of him again.

My best regards,

I'm not quite sure what to say Lazarus, I guess "your welcome" :D

Cheers, it's been a long time, kinda missed the server the past few months so thought I'd have another go , not sure if it will be as successful as the original, that was ranking in the top 3 busiest Condition Zero servers in the UK

Right I'll dig out the old e-mails and see if he's still around, if worse comes to the worse I have an old SQL backup of the forum I used to run so I'm sure he's e-mail address will be in there somewhere :D

I'll have to have a chat with you sometime about what your doing now (game server wise) and what servers your playing on, looks like I'll have to brush up on my Warcraft 3 playing skills

Laters,

Lazarus Long: And I know you didn't because the Server Files are version 2.2.6 and the file you posted is version 2.2.5, so do as I told you above and don't ever lie to me again or help is gone!
