That should be all you have to do to remove it. I don't recall any chat commands for it, so you should be safe with that.

you eather removed it incorrectly, or renamed ur constants.inl by accident in ur war3ft folder

I'm guessing you ONLY had the war3ft.sma file.. you also need the war3ft folder to compile
